How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page with your Order # and email, or paste your UPS/FedEx/USPS number directly.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, email contact@socamed.com with your Order # right away and we’ll try to update or cancel it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is available, though an account helps with order history and faster checkout.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. We offer free standard shipping unless noted at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International options may be added in the future.
My tracking hasn’t updated. Is that normal?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, contact us.
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from delivery for eligible returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you offer free returns?
Yes. Approved returns receive a prepaid return label. No restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. For the same item (e.g., different size/variant), contact us before returning your product so we can reserve the replacement.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most items include a limited manufacturer warranty. Email support with photos/video and your Order # to start a claim.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please photograph the packaging and product immediately and email contact@socamed.com with your Order #. We’ll arrange a replacement or parts.
Do you provide installation or assembly support?
Yes. We can share manuals and quick-start tips, and our team can guide you via email. For complex installs, we may recommend a local technician.
