How do I track my order?
Use our Track Your Order page with your Order # and email, or paste your UPS/FedEx/USPS number directly.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, email contact@socamed.com with your Order # right away and we’ll try to update or cancel it.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Guest checkout is available, though an account helps with order history and faster checkout.
